Fees and Services


For each certificate of birth, stillbirth, marriage, common-law relationship, death or burial issued by the director, including the search: $25.00

For each certified copy or photographic print of a registration or extract from a registration issued under section 32 of the Act, including the search:		 $25.00

For each commemorative certificate of birth or marriage issued by the director:		 $25.00
  1. if issued together with a prescribed certificate of the registration:
  2. in any other case:

For a genealogical search including issuance of a certificate or certified copy if the search is successful:		 $25.00

For re-registration of the birth of a child where there is a decree of adoption or an adoption agreement:		 $25.00
